QAConnector – Free Trial Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: March 5, 2026

These Free Trial Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the QAConnector Free Trial, including the TestGen AI functionality, provided by QAConnector. By registering for or using the QAConnector Free Trial, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Free Trial Access

QAConnector offers a 14-day free trial of its software platform to allow users to evaluate the functionality and capabilities of the product.

The Free Trial is provided solely for evaluation purposes and includes full functionality, usage limits, and restricted access compared to the fully licensed product.

QAConnector reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Free Trial at any time without prior notice.

  1. TestGen AI Shared Instance

During the Free Trial period:

  • The TestGen AI service operates using a shared AI key and shared infrastructure across all Free Trial users.
  • The TestGen AI instance used in the Free Trial is not dedicated to any individual user or organization.
  • To maintain system stability and privacy protections:
  • All TestGen AI execution data generated during a run is automatically purged after the run is completed.
  • The shared environment should not be used to process confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information.

When a user upgrades to a paid license:

  • A dedicated TestGen AI instance and key are provisioned for that customer.
  • The dedicated instance is isolated from other users and operates under the customer’s licensed environment.
  1. Data Storage During Free Trial

QAConnector may temporarily store certain information generated or uploaded during the Free Trial, including but not limited to:

  • Project configurations
  • Integration settings
  • Test artifacts
  • User account details

Free Trial data will be retained for up to thirty (30) days after the end of the 14-day Free Trial period.

After this retention period, QAConnector may permanently delete all Free Trial data from its systems.

If a user requests an extension of the trial or purchases a full license within the 30-day retention window, QAConnector may preserve the existing data and migrate it into the licensed environment where technically feasible.

  1. Contact Information and CRM Use

By registering for the QAConnector Free Trial, the user agrees that their provided contact information may be stored and processed within the QAConnector Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

This information may include:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Job title

  • Contacting the user regarding trial status, product updates, or licensing options
  • Maintaining internal sales and customer records

QAConnector will process and store this information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  1. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

QAConnector is committed to processing personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and other relevant privacy regulations.

Any personal data provided during the Free Trial, including contact details and account information, will be processed solely for purposes related to:

  • Providing and managing the Free Trial
  • Product support and technical assistance
  • Evaluating potential licensing needs
  • Communicating product updates, trial status, and relevant QAConnector services

QAConnector will take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting QAConnector support. Where required by law, users may also withdraw consent for certain communications.

Users agree not to:

  • Upload or process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to access other users’ data
  • Reverse engineer, duplicate, or misuse the shared TestGen AI infrastructure

QAConnector reserves the right to suspend or terminate Free Trial access if misuse is detected.

  1. No Production Use

The Free Trial environment is intended solely for evaluation purposes and should not be used for:

  • Production systems
  • Mission-critical workflows
  • Regulated or sensitive data processing
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Free Trial is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QAConnector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Free Trial.

  1. Conversion to Paid License

If the user purchases a QAConnector license:

  • The user will be provisioned with a dedicated environment and TestGen AI instance
  • Service terms will be governed by the QAConnector commercial license agreement
  1. Termination

QAConnector may terminate or restrict Free Trial access at any time for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms.

  1. Changes to These Terms

QAConnector may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Free Trial after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
