Trial License Use
For users operating under a trial license:
- Trial licenses are valid for 14 days unless extended.
- TestGen AI requests during the trial period use a shared AI subscription key managed by QAConnector.
Licensed Customers
For customers with a full license:
- Each licensed customer receives a dedicated AI subscription key.
- AI requests are logically associated with that customer’s environment.
Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted content complies with their organization’s data handling policies.
- Data Retention
Trial Accounts
- Trial accounts are active for 14 days.
- If the trial is not extended or converted to a paid license, associated data will be deleted 30 days after the trial ends.
Trial Extensions
If a trial is extended at the user’s request, retention periods are adjusted to reflect the extended trial duration.
Licensed Accounts
For paid licenses:
- Data is retained for the duration of the active subscription.
- Following termination, data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period unless required for legal, security, or contractual reasons.
- Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
QAConnector may use trusted third-party providers to operate the platform.
These may include:
