Terms of Service – QAConnector

- Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the QAConnector platform, including any related services, software, and features such as TestGen AI (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
By accessing or using QAConnector, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
- Definitions
“QAConnector” refers to the software platform and services provided by the operator of QAConnector.
“User” means any individual or organization accessing or using the Service.
“Customer” means an organization or individual who purchases a license to use QAConnector.
“Trial License” means a limited-time license granted for evaluation purposes.
“TestGen AI” refers to the AI-powered feature used to generate software test cases based on user-provided requirements.
- Account Registration
To use QAConnector, users may be required to create an account.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Be responsible for activities conducted under their account
Users must notify QAConnector immediately if unauthorized use of their account is suspected.
- License and Permitted Use
QAConnector grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Users may use the Service solely for:
- Managing software testing activities
- Creating and managing test cases
- Generating test cases using TestGen AI
Users must not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Copy, modify, or distribute the platform without authorization
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
- Trial License
QAConnector may offer a 14-day trial license for evaluation purposes.
During the trial period:
- Users may access most platform features
- TestGen AI requests use a shared AI subscription key
Trial licenses may be extended upon request.
If the trial is not converted to a paid license or extended:
- Access to the platform may be terminated
- Data associated with the trial account may be deleted 30 days after the trial period ends
- Paid Licenses
Customers who purchase a license receive:
- Continued access to the QAConnector platform
- A dedicated AI subscription key for TestGen AI usage
License terms, pricing, and duration may be defined in a separate agreement or order form.
Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access.
- TestGen AI Usage
QAConnector provides TestGen AI as a tool to assist users in generating test cases.
Users acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs are suggestions and may require review or modification.
- QAConnector does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated results.
Users remain responsible for verifying generated content before using it in production environments.
- User Content
Users may submit or store content within QAConnector, including:
- Software requirements
- Test cases
- Project documentation
Users retain ownership of their content.
By submitting content, users grant QAConnector a limited license to process and store the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Users must ensure that they have the rights necessary to upload or process such content.
- Data Protection and Privacy
QAConnector processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- Service Availability
QAConnector aims to provide reliable access to the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Technical issues
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the QAConnector platform, including software, branding, and documentation, remain the property of QAConnector or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant users ownership of the platform or its underlying technology.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QAConnector shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
The total liability of QAConnector arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Service during the preceding 12 months.
- Termination
QAConnector may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
- Users violate these Terms
- Payment obligations are not met
- Continued access poses a security or legal risk
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination:
- Access to the platform may be revoked
- Data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Modifications to the Service or Terms
QAConnector reserves the right to modify:
- The Service
- Features or functionality
- These Terms of Service
Users will be notified of material changes where appropriate.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
